PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING


Production timelines

All Unravelau products are handmade in our Atelier in Almere and produced on a made-to-order basis. This means each piece is especially made for you and we only start the manufacturing process once you have placed your order. Each garment is special and made with a lot of care, which is why production time varies, but generally takes two to four weeks. During checkout, you will receive more detailed information on when to expect the product(s) you want to order/ you are ordering.

Shipping timelines

Once your order is produced and complete it will be shipped by a carrier and requires a signature upon arrival. The estimated timelines for transit are:

  • Standard shipping within the Netherlands: 1-5 business days*
  • Standard shipping within the EU: 2-10 business days*

*business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Order Tracking and Delivery

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For security reasons, Unravelau cannot ship any order to Post Office Boxes or accept any order where it is impossible to identify the individual delivery address. We do not allow products to be reshipped and therefore we cannot ship to an address associated with a "freight forwarding company".  

Shipping costs

Did you fall in love with one of our garments or want to surprise a loved one with one of our chic accessories? Don’t worry, we’ve got you. Shipping is on us, if your order value exceeds 100€. 

Otherwise, the estimated shipping costs are:

  • Standard shipping within the Netherlands: 5.60 €
  • Standard shipping within the EU: 8.75 € to 21.50 €
  • *Exemption: Standard shipping of facemasks is free within the Netherlands

Your personal shipping costs will be calculated and presented to you during the check-out process of your order. 

P.S. Shopping with friends is always more fun. If you order your garments together, you might save shipping costs and help us protect the environment!

Delivery problems

Waiting in excitement for your new garment is the best and worst feeling at the same time. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with the carrier company or your neighbours. Still no trace of your package? Then contact us at finance@unravelau.com. We will do our very best to solve the issue for you as soon as possible.
