Ordering online can be a challenge, but we want to make it as easy as possible for you. That’s why we tell you exactly what our products are made of and have a size chart that’s customized to our garments. Please take a look at it before ordering to best guarantee the correct size. Because protecting the environment is important to us, we would like to encourage you to consider other options before returning an item, for example swapping with a friend. If you still want to return your item(s), you can do so within 14 days after receiving your order, starting the day after the package arrived and the address you provided us. In the case of a return, the shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance, since we will not guarantee that we receive your item(s). Unfortunately, we can not accept any return requests after the above mentioned time frame of 14 days.

How to return?

To request a return, an exchange or a refund please send an email to with your order details and reason of returning. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the whole procedure and help you from Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm. 


If your product(s) came in the wrong size or were damaged upon arrival because a raccoon tried to snatch them from your postman, you can exchange them for the same product or another. To do so, send us an email at and make sure to consult our size chart beforehand.

We will send you the exchanging product(s) for free within the EU.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s) and whether we can accept them or not. You had a creative epiphany that makes the garment even more unique? We applaud your vision, but unfortunately we can not accept your return anymore. The same goes for any other case in which the garment has been worn, washed, altered, or modified. Of course we don’t want any of our products to go to waste, so make sure to consider other options, like passing it on to a friend. We’re sure they will appreciate it!

If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and transferred to your account within five (5) working days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds

We are doing our best to make every process run smoothly for you and your collaboration makes that possible. If you haven’t received a refund after five (5) working days have passed, we kindly ask you to first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
